Product/Service Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Once an order is placed via Honeybourne Online, the order is fulfilled and managed by the supplier directly. Honeybourne Online does not stock the products listed on the site.
Items sold and supplied by third party providers listed on Honeybourne Online are the responsibility of the providers. They are responsible for handling all order related enquiries, including delivery, returns, complaints & refunds.

In the event that a complaint is unresolved by the supplier of the product or service, then please contact us via email@example.com, providing your order details and complaint and we will review on your behalf.
Exception: Yodeyma products are sold directly by Honeybourne Online and as such all enquiries, orders, returns and complaints will be dealt with directly via the order process functionality, contact form, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Items purchased and unopened and in a resalable condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If the item has been opened and tried (not used), then unfortunately we are unable to resell it, however we can swap it for an alternative fragrance. The buyer will bear the cost of returning the original product to be exchanged. Only one swap is allowed per transaction.
